Around 3 ABY, a mission was undertaken to the palace of the Hutt crime lord Jabba the Hutt on the planet Tatooine by Lando Calrissian to retrieve a droid he had previously sold to Jabba in order to save his friend, the cyborg Lobot after his cybernetics began failing and threatened to kill him. At the same time, the newly reassembled D-Squad made their way to Jabba's Palace to search for coordinates that could lead them to Ajax Sigma.
