During the Galactic Civil War, a skirmish occurred in the Jendorn system between a New Republic corvette, supported by its X-wing starfighter escorts, and TIE/ln space superiority starfighters of the Galactic Empire's 204th Imperial Fighter Wing. It resulted in the destruction of the New Republic starship.
Due to the unique electromagnetic phenomenon present in the star system, the impressions of the battle were recorded in the dust clouds and were witnessed by Yrica Quell when she visited the system, investigating the activities of the 204th in the aftermath of Operation: Cinder.
