Union dispute on Gus Talon
Canon Linked from 10 articles
The union dispute on Gus Talon was a complicated matter that emerged on the Corellian moon of Gus Talon in the Core Worlds in 230 BBY. According to Galactic Republic Minister Chips Fendirfal, the situation involved a matter that only the Jedi could understand, resulting in a number of Jedi being called away from the Coronet City temple. A large amount of the Corellian Security Forces were also deployed to the moon. In secret, however, the Nihil raiders made sure the situation escalated to distract from their infiltration of the planet Corellia itself. In fact, Nihil officer Sabata Krill arranged for the bombing at Gus Talon University by manipulating a young man named Graim Torv. In the aftermath of the bombing, the union dispute appeared as if it was an all-out insurrection, resulting in more forces, including any other Jedi who would otherwise be stationed in Coronet City, being redirected to the moon.
