Victory Rationing Orders and Regulation Plan

The Victory Rationing Orders and Regulation Plan was an initiative that was instigated by the Galactic Republic General Ministry following the outbreak of the Clone Wars in 22 BBY, to preserve supplies of materiel for the Galactic Republic's war effort and to hold back inflation of the Republic credit standard. However, the VORP lead to a rise in the counterfeiting of starship fuel authorization markers, and in 21 BBY, the Republic Office of Criminal Investigations assigned the Sector Rangers to crack down on ration fraud and enforce the plan.
