Canon Legends version → Linked from 3 articles
The Almak sector was a sector of the Mid Rim Territories and Western Reaches. Situated in grid square J-17 of the Standard Galactic Grid, it contained the Jiaan system and the Almak system, the latter of which contained Almak, homeworld of the sentient Leffingite species. Many Leffingites were forced to flee Almak after they came under attack from the government during the reign of the Galactic Empire.
