The Elochar sector was located in the Mid Rim Territories and the Slice. In the sector's Leyoye system, a Separatist Alliance-contracted team deployed on the astronomical object Leyoye Prime in the early months of the Clone Wars. The team of six was decimated by Galactic Republic forces in their attempts to exfiltrate.
In 3 ABY, a Rebel Alliance flotilla rendezvoused in deep space in the Elochar sector. During the rendezvous, an infiltration team sent by the Galactic Empire successfully infiltrated the CR90 corvette Thunderstrike. Efforts from the rebels onboard the corvette allowed the flotilla to scatter before Imperial reinforcements could pin them there.
