The Ghonoath system was an Inner Rim Territories star system with one highly radioactive deathworld. The Galactic Empire's 204th Imperial Fighter Wing stopped there in 5 ABY to refuel a Raider-class corvette but was soon followed by the New Republic refitted Star Destroyer Deliverance and its starfighter wing. Both forces fought at the deathworld, each sustaining casualties before the 204th made its escape.
