The Jero system was a star system located in the Teraab sector of the Mid Rim Territories and the Slice. It was located in grid square Q-11 of the Standard Galactic Grid and contained the astronomical object Jero.
During the High Republic Era, glaka root could be found on Jero. By around 160 BBY, the Mirialan Jedi Master Vernestra Rwoh had visited Jero and witnessed the root being farmed by large labor forces on behalf of Hutts.
