The Kalki Nebula was a nebula located in the Tendrannan sector, a subsector of the Outer Rim Territories' Cassander sector. It was situated in grid square L-5 of the Standard Galactic Grid, within both the New Territories and the Borderlands, the region between the territories of the First Order and New Republic. Around 34 ABY, the Resistance gunner Paige Tico wrote in her journal that pirates had been building bases inside the nebula for centuries, allowing them to organize hit-and-run attacks on nearby star systems.
