Legends. This article is part of Legends: the expanded-universe stories that Lucasfilm set apart from canon in 2014.
The Thand sector was located in the Expansion Region. By 0 ABY, it bordered the Montitian Grant sector Rimward, the Extorin and Great Agash sectors spinward, and the Trailing Grant sector in the trailing direction. Together with the Great Agash and Trailing Grant sectors, the Thand sector formed the Expansion Region's Coreward border with the Inner Rim.
The Thand sector contained the Thandruss system, which in turn was the site of the terrestrial planet of the same name. Thandruss was the homeworld of the sentient Krytollak species.
