The Uro system was a star system located in the Outer Rim Territories' Wazta sector, situated in grid square I-17 of the Standard Galactic Grid. The system contained the planet Uro, which was the homeworld of an arachnid species who consumed their weakest children. In 40 BBY, Grand Master Yoda mentioned to Jedi Master Qui-Gon Jinn the Uro species' actions as an example of unethical behavior that the Galactic Republic did not prevent.
