Aquaris Broth

Canon Linked from 1 article

Aquaris Broth was a type of vegetarian soup that consisted of a variety of brown, white, and green ingredients suspended in a brown liquid and served in a bowl. The Artiodac chef Strono Tuggs created the dish after being boarded by the pirates known as the Aquaris Freeholders during a culinary tour of the galaxy that he made between 34 ABY and 35 ABY.

The pirates had hoped to find the narcotic spice aboard Tuggs' food freighter, but upon learning that all he had to offer was a freezer full of gnooroop filets, they instead demanded a gourmet meal. The Artiodac then created Aquaris Broth from ingredients he had gathered on the planet Aquaris and the pirates consumed all that he made before leaving. Assuming that they must have enjoyed it, Tuggs then included the recipe for the broth in his third cookbook, The Ultimate Cookbook, which was published in 35 ABY.
