Gnooroop

The gnooroop was a creature from which filets could be made. After visiting the Expansion Region planet Aquaris during a culinary tour the galaxy that he took between 34 ABY and 35 ABY, the Artiodac chef Strono Tuggs had a freezer full of gnooroop filets when his food freighter was boarded by the Aquaris Freeholders pirates. The pirates had hoped to find narcotic spice on board, but when they discovered that the filets were all Tuggs had to offer they demanded a gourmet meal instead and then left. The chef later mentioned the gnooroop filets in his third cookbook, The Ultimate Cookbook, which was published in 35 ABY.
