Banzon was a minty spice that could be found on the homeworld of the alien fortune teller Tulakt.
In 9 BBY, Tulakt mentioned the taste of banzon and described it as enlivening the taste buds during a conversation about what she missed from home with the Jedi Knight Cal Kestis in the Pyloon's Saloon cantina on the planet Koboh. Kestis then suggested she ask the chef Greez Dritus to cook her something that reminded her of home.
