Barbecued Trakkrrrn Ribs

Barbecued Trakkrrrn Ribs was a dish made from the ribs of the trakkrrrn, a creature native to the planet Kashyyyk with meat that had a natural spiciness. The ribs were served on the bone with sauce. The Artiodac chef Strono Tuggs claimed that he had never seen Wookiees—furry natives of Kashyyyk known for their appetites—devour anything as quickly as when he had served them Barbecued Trakkrrrn Ribs.

At some point after Tuggs published his first cookbook in 34 ABY, the chef included a recipe for the ribs in the main courses section of his second cookbook, The Life Day Cookbook. He claimed that the spiciness of trakkrrrn meat was best brought to the surface when cooked slowly at a low heat and promised it would leave any Wookiee diner satisfied with nothing but bones left on their plate, though they might need to clean sauce from their fur when they were done.
