Trakkrrrn

The trakkrrrn was a type of creature native to the forest planet Kashyyyk, homeworld of the sentient Wookiees. The creature had naturally spicy meat that was cooked on the bone and served with sauce to make the dish Barbecued Trakkrrrn Ribs. The Artiodac chef Strono Tuggs claimed that cooking the meat slowly at a low heat was the best way to bring the spiciness to the surface, and included a recipe for Barbecued Trakkrrrn Ribs in his second cookbook, The Life Day Cookbook, which was released at some point after his first cookbook was published in 34 ABY. Tuggs claimed that the dish would leave any Wookiee satisfied, as he never seen them eat anything faster then they did a plate of Barbecued Trakkrrrn Ribs.
