Black Spire Brew was a brown-colored, caf-based beverage. It was served cold over ice in a tall glass with a speared fruit garnish consisting of a speared green hemisphere and smaller dark spheres. The caffeinated drink was served at Oga's Cantina in Black Spire Outpost on the planet Batuu, where it was considered richer than Spiran caf.
During the Clone Wars, the cantina's bartender Janott listed the drink among those available for the human Senator Padmé Amidala to consume when she visited the cantina. The drink was still available in 34 ABY.
