Bright Tree Village Salad was a salad served in Bright Tree Village on the forest moon of Endor. It was made with Endorian carrots that had been shaved down to small sticks. While making a culinary tour of the galaxy between 34 ABY and 35 ABY, the Artiodac chef Strono Tuggs ate the dish with the Ewoks during an festival that celebrated the Golden One. Chef Tuggs included a recipe for the dish in his third cookbook, The Ultimate Cookbook, which was published in 35 ABY.
