The Endorian carrot was a plant found on the moon Endor. While making a culinary tour of the galaxy between 34 ABY and 35 ABY, the Artiodac chef Strono Tuggs ate a Bright Tree Village Salad that was made from endorian carrots during an festival that celebrated the Golden One. Chef Tuggs included a recipe for the salad in his third cookbook, The Ultimate Cookbook, which was published in 35 ABY.
