Broiled Hammerfish

Broiled Hammerfish was a seafood dish created by the Artiodac chef Strono Tuggs when he visited the Mid Rim planet Glee Anselm during a culinary tour of the galaxy that he took between 34 ABY and 35 ABY. He created the dish to try and improve relations between the world's two native sentient species—the Nautolan and the Anselmi—using fresh-caught hammerfish from the oceans where the Nautolan dwelt and glazing it with a sweet sauce made using ingredients from the islands that the Anselmi inhabited.

The Broiled Hammerfish proved popular with tourists on the beaches of Glee Anselm, but Tuggs admitted that it probably was not enough to reunite the feuding natives when publishing the recipe for the dish in his third cookbook, The Ultimate Cookbook, which was published in 35 ABY. He acknowledged, however, that it at least could not make things worse.
