Callus egg rice

Callus egg rice was a rice dish edible to humans. While in the San Tekka compound on the planet Naboo in 228 BBY, the rice was cooked in the San Tekka family's kitchens. The dish was then served at a meal for Nihil General Abediah Viess—who had forcibly taken over the residence following the departure of its patriarchs, Vellis and Marlowe—and her captive, Cair San Tekka, a younger member of the family who engaged in anti-Nihil resistance activities. Though Cair was reluctant to dine with the Nihil, he mentally lamented that refusing the food would not be a smart decision for his physical well-being.
