Candleberry reduction sauce

Candleberry reduction sauce was a type of sauce that was served with groat chop at the Bistro De Lothal restaurant on the planet Lothal by 5 BBY. The chop and sauce were available as the third course of a four-course meal of the day that the eatery served for 125 credits, the menu for which was advertised on fliers produced by the establishment. The young thief Ezra Bridger mentioned the sauce in his journal, published no earlier than the same year.
