Gold Two was the callsign of the second member of Gold Squadron.
When the incumbent pilot flying under the Gold Two callsign was knocked out in Operation Handoff, Jedi Ezra Bridger briefly filled in as Gold Two during a mission to transport Senator Mon Mothma to the planet Dantooine after she publicly denounced Galactic Emperor Sheev Palpatine.
During the Battle of Yavin, Gold Two was assigned to a human male pilot Dex Tiree, who was killed by Darth Vader while covering Gold Leader's trench run during the Rebel Alliance's assault on the Galactic Empire's first Death Star.
