Around 39 BBY, Vorlip, commander of the Chiss Defense Force Transport Tomra, was a Junior Captain. Around 18 BBY, Ovinon, who served aboard the Chiss heavy cruiser Grayshrike, and the Chiss frigate Midsummer first officer were Junior Captains.
