Karabbac Skewer

Karabbac Skewers were a type of skewer dish made using the meat of Karabbac, native to the planet Kalee. While taking a culinary tour of the galaxy between 34 ABY and 35 ABY, the Artiodac chef Strono Tuggs visited Kalee. While there, he traded choice cuts of Bantha meat with the Kaleesh for a few skewers of minced Karabbac. Chef Tuggs included the recipe for the skewers in his third cookbook, The Ultimate Cookbook, which was published in 35 ABY.
