A malama was a type of long green fruit. In 4 ABY, following Princess Leia Organa and Rebel Alliance General Han Solo's wedding, the humans enjoyed their honeymoon aboard the Star Cruiser Halcyon. After arriving in their suite, Organa took note of a basket of fresh fruit in the cabin, which included a long green malama.
