Pickled coodler-roe was a food item found on Colonies astronomical object Goliath Mal. At some point, the human general Leia Organa traveled to Goliath Mal on a diplomatic trip and consumed some of the food while participating in a culinary rite. By 5 ABY, Organa had come to heavily dislike the texture of pickled coodler-roe. That year, when thinking about the various traditions she had taken part of during her career, she reflected that consuming it had been unpleasant.
