Prisht parfait

Prisht parfait was a classic, simple parfait made by mixing a small amount of fresh, white cream with red and yellow prisht-fruit from the Inner Rim planet Barlok. The dessert was served in a glass, with the cream balancing out the natural sweetness of the prisht-fruit. After picking up some prisht-fruit while visiting Barlok as part of a culinary tour he took of the galaxy between 34 ABY and 35 ABY, the Artiodac chef Strono Tuggs included a recipe for the parfait in his third cookbook, The Ultimate Cookbook, which was published in 35 ABY. In the book, he said he preferred the simple parfait to other dishes that used the fruit.
