Ritual Candidate
Canon Linked from 4 articles
The position of Ritual Candidate was held by a Mandalorian child entering adolescence (Mando'adiik in Mando'a) who underwent the helming ritual during which they recited the Creed and vowed to follow the Way. One such Mandalorian was Ragnar Vizsla, who was undergoing an initiation ritual on a planet where he was being inducted and reciting the Creed as part of the Armorer’s ceremony. During the ritual, a Giant turtle gator attacked the covert, interrupting the ceremony and forcing the Mandalorians to respond.
