Roast kulkan

Canon Linked from 3 articles

Roast kulkan was a dish served as the centerpiece of the feasts held during the Winter's Heart festival celebrated by the human natives of the planet Alderaan prior to the world's destruction in 1 BBY. The dish was served alongside a mixture of various boiled vegetables including kebroot tubers.

Prior to Alderaan's destruction, the Alderaanian youngling Rel discussed roast kulkan with his friend Max while they played in the snow on the planet. Artiodac chef Strono Tuggs mentioned the dish in a recipe for Kebroot Parcels that he included in his second cookbook, The Life Day Cookbook, which was published at some point after the release of his first cookbook in 34 ABY.
