Shaak steak

Shaak steak was a dish that was served in the officer's mess hall on the Imperial-class Star Destroyer Avenger. The human garbage collector Carl Ashon ordered a well done shaak steak after entering the officer's mess as Avenger chased the Millennium Falcon.

In 34 ABY, the First Order Lieutenant Wulfgar Kath interrogated the Resistance spy Vi Moradi, whom he held a grudge against, by beating her. She refused to give up information and taunted him with the suggestion that he could get a promotion by delivering her to General Armitage Hux as if she was a shaak steak Hux could sink his teeth into.
