Sourbread was a type of bread. In 228 BBY, following a battle against the Nihil marauders on the planet Naboo, members of the Jedi Order, Republic Defense Coalition, and San Tekka clan ate a meal at the San Tekka manor. After Jedi Master Porter Engle brought out an egg-and-vegetable soup from one of the manor's kitchens, three San Tekka retainers followed him with day-old sourbread, bowls, and utensils, which they laid out on a table and chairs.
