Tactical commander
Canon Linked from 1 article
Tactical commander was a military rank used by the Nikardun Destiny hegemony, which was led by General Yiv. Those who held the rank could know what Yiv's plans were. Around 19 BBY, Pathfinder navigator Qilori, one of Yiv's agents, asked the general how he planned to capture the Chiss Senior Captain Thrawn. Yiv then asked Qilori if he had been promoted to the rank of tactical commander, prompting the navigator to apologize.
