Tauntaun Icefall

The Tauntaun Icefall was a type of dessert treat created by the Artiodac chef Strono Tuggs after completing a culinary tour of the galaxy between 34 ABY and 35 ABY, in which he visited the snowy planet Hoth. Named in honor of the local reptomammal species, the tauntaun, the dish was made using a blend of syrupy soda and frozen cream, topped with a smooth white layer, and garnished with multi-colored foods.

Tuggs developed the dessert as a tribute to the tauntauns, following a failed attempt to butcher one for a roast—a process he abandoned due to the overpowering stench released during preparation. The Artiodac then included a recipe for the dish in The Outer Rim chapter of his third cookbook, The Ultimate Cookbook, which was published in 35 ABY.
