The Matter of Using Toydarian Territory to Aid the Shipment of Relief Supplies to the Citizens of Ryloth was a topic of debate proposed by the Galactic Republic Senator Bail Organa and Junior Representative Jar Jar Binks during their mission to request aid from Toydaria's King Katuunko and his Ministers.
