Delicacies from the Demon Moon was a cookbook by chef Napo Popotis of the Inner Rim planet Onderon during the period of conflicts between the Galactic Republic and the reconstituted Sith Empire. Dissatisfied with typical Onderonian cuisine, which was made from tough game and often bland, Popotis was inspired by the sight of a group of drexls attacking a supply shuttle and tearing through bags of powdered goods.
As a result, he began years of experimentation to create flavorful foods derived from the creatures of Onderon's moon Dxun. Popotis catalogued his new recipes in a cookbook that was published under the title Delicacies from the Demon Moon, which became a galactic bestseller.
