The Galactic Society of Creature Enthusiasts (GSCE), was an organization dedicated to studying and answering questions about the large variety of species that inhabited the galaxy. Originally founded during the High Republic Era to catalogue new creatures discovered on the Galactic Frontier, the Society expanded over the centuries to also promote conservation and wilderness preservation as core tenets. The group produced educational programming distributed across the HoloNet and maintained a monthly newsletter that was approaching nearly 5000 issues around the time of the First Order-Resistance War.
