Gallofree Yards, Inc. was a shipwright that manufactured the GR-45 and the GR-75 medium transports. It eventually went bankrupt and was taken over by the Empire-backed Kuat Drive Yards, who incorporated aspects of Gallofree's characteristic freighter design into its Vakbeor-class cargo frigate. One of the last ships it made was the casino cruiser Morenia.
