The Gindar Gang were an organization who were owned by the Frillian Confederacy, who were in turn owned by the Black Sun. A team of Imperial hunters led by Norra Wexley stole ID cards from the Gindar Gang, then pinned the theft on a woman named Vazeen Mordraw (who was happy for them to do so) and then falsify a bounty on the behalf of the Gindar Gang in order to capture the bounty hunter Mercurial Swift.
