Imperial Press Corps

The Imperial Press Corps was a news organization maintained by the Galactic Empire during its reign. Journalists recruited to the Corps could be assigned to work for the HoloNet News. The corps were known to utilize specialized courier droids. Members of the Press Corps were granted the ability to make public statements and reports on anti-Imperial acts. Alton Kastle was a journalist that worked for the Imperial Press Corps. He wore a gray-blue variant of the Imperial uniform. Members of the Corps also wore Imperial media badges, a small gray plaque bearing the Press Corps' crest, instead of the military rank insignia plaque.
