Kenner Loring's faction

At some point following the rebellion on Akiva, Grand General Kenner Loring, along with his allies and co-conspirators such as Commander Valent, led a faction that opposed the rule of Fleet Admiral Gallius Rax over the fragmented Galactic Empire. Loring entrenched himself on Malastare in the Dustig sector which he had been using as a holding station for the forces under his control. His forces included at least one Imperial-class Star Destroyer, TIE fighters, Imperial officers, and stormtroopers. Eventually, Loring aligned his forces with those led by Grand Moff Ubrik Adelhard. In due time, however, Loring aligned himself with Rax's Shadow Council.
