Paecian Empire

The Paecian Empire was an interplanetary empire existing in the Outer Rim Territories during the Old Republic era. Considered as a great civilization, it was founded by the Human inhabitants of the world of Paecia. These Paecians colonized neighboring worlds such as Dathomir where they implanted a population. The Paecian Empire collapsed around 3000 BBY but its legacy remained very strong over the centuries. Three thousands years after its fall, the Paecian language was still spoken on Dathomir.

The elite soldiers who defended the Paecian Empire were named the Kaarenth Impalers. Millennia after the collapse of the empire, they were still renowned as unyieldingly faithful warriors.
