Senate Budgetary Committee

The Senate Budgetary Committee was a committee made up of senators from the Galactic Republic's Galactic Senate, which was based in the Senate Building on the planet Coruscant. It was responsible for authorizing the distribution of Senate funds to various organizations both within the Senate's organizational structure, such as other committees, and without. The Senate Budgetary Committee was so permanent in its nature that it verged on being a ministry in its own right. Budgetary and financial matters of the wider Republic were handled by the Finance Committee.
