Separatist high command was a command organization within the Confederacy military during the Clone Wars. Amongst its members was Count Dooku, the leader of the Separatist movement. Separatist Command ordered Doctor Aiyah Pellorean to cease work on Test Unit 08-B until the war was finished to ensure it would not be used against battle droids. Following Dooku's demise in the Battle of Coruscant and the subsequent death of General Grievous during the Battle of Utapau, the Separatist command structure crumbled.
