A Separatist holdout was active on the planetoid PM-6986, formed sometime during the Imperial Era after the Clone Wars had ended. It was created from a complement of reactivated Separatist Alliance droids that were brought online by the tactical droid JF-86, whom had been reawoken from a Separatist signal that originated from light-years away. The holdout planned an attack on the Galactic Republic's senate on the planet Coruscant but was unable to carry it out without transportation from PM-6986. They also had little awareness of the galactic changes, such as the Republic's transition into the Galactic Empire.
