Zentine Dynamics was a starship manufacturer that built the Ministry-class orbital shuttle at its shipyards at the Core Worlds planet Foerost following the end of the Great Sith War in 3996 BBY. The shuttle was used by the Galactic Republic throughout the galaxy during the wars fought in the decades following the conflict.

By 3643 BBY, over three centuries later, during the then-ongoing struggle between the Galactic Republic and the reconstituted Sith Empire, the company was developing plans for a new prototype shuttle. Around that time, a slicer hiding on the astronomical object Verroth stole the plans for the prototype shuttle.

Subsequently, an individual affiliated with one of the two opposing sides of the conflict dispatched a companion to Verroth to retrieve the shuttle plans from the slicer.
