A symbolic belt was worn by the women of the royal class of Alderaan. It was normally worn with the Alderaan royal family traditional gown, such as the one that Princess Leia Organa wore. The princess wore the belt during the events surrounding the Battle of Yavin, and on board the medical frigate Redemption in 3 ABY.
