Asteroid

An asteroid was a large solid object orbiting a star that was smaller than a planet. Asteroids could be found in asteroid fields, as well as around planets. Asteroids housed facilities such as the Polis Massa medical facility. Asteroids could support life, especially if they had their own thin atmosphere, with rocks and minerals forming the basis of many food chains. Many monstrous creatures dwelt within asteroids, with mynocks and fyrnocks thriving on asteroids and Space slugs also known to inhabit them.
