Bacta cast

Canon Linked from 3 articles

A bacta cast was a form of bacta medical technology designed to aid in the healing of broken bones. In 88 BBY, a Jedi healer placed a bacta cast on the broken arm of Jedi Initiate Sifo-Dyas as Grand Master Yoda told the wincing boy to remain still. This incident was mentioned by Sifo-Dyas' friend Dooku in a holo-letter to Dooku's sister Jenza; around 23 BBY, when the letter was viewed by Dooku's apprentice Asajj Ventress. In 19 BBY, the Seventh Sister spent several days with a bacta cast wrapped around her injured hand after a number of her finger bones were Force crushed by fellow Inquisitor Iskat Akaris.
