Berry wine was an alcoholic beverage made from berries. It was cloudy, purple in color, and sweet-tasting.

Shortly after the Battle of Endor in 4 ABY, smuggler Han Solo received several bottles of berry wine from an Ewok medicine man on the forest moon of Endor after the Ewok tribe made Solo and Leia Organa honorary members. According to the Ewok, the wine was intended "to ignite the heart that's beginning to warm." While aboard his ship the Millennium Falcon, Solo opened a bottle and offered Organa a cup of the wine. She took a sip and remarked that it was too sweet.
